To register for the customer portal of METRANS, a.s. (hereinafter METRANS), you can use the registration form accessed via the link:
After clicking on the Registration link, a form will be displayed to fill in the required registration details. Once the form is filled out, clicking "Register" will submit it for approval. If the provided details are correct, you will be redirected to the login page of the customer portal, and a message will be displayed: "Your request has been received. You will be notified by email once your request has been processed."
Once your request has been processed, an email will be sent to you asking you to reset your password, the link in this message is valid for 24 hours. Should you not be able to open the link in time and it expires, simply return to the login screen and continue by selecting Forgot your Password.
