Nepamatujete-li si své heslo, klikněte ve formuláři pro přihlášení na '''''Zapomenuté heslo'''.'' Následně jste přesměrováni na obrazovku '''''Obnova hesla'''''. Vyplníte pole '''''E-mail''''' a stisknete tlačítko '''''Odeslat''''' pro obnovení hesla. Na zadanou e-mailovou adresu bude zasláno potvrzení a odkaz pro obnovení hesla. Odkaz lze použít pouze jednou, podruhé je neplatný. Obnovení hesla je nutné provést ihned po kliknutí na odkaz. Platnost odkazu je 24 hodin, pokud nebyl použit. Po kliknutí na odkaz jste přesměrováni na přihlášení do zákaznického portálu, kde vyplníte a potvrdíte heslo nové. Na obrazovce se objeví zelená potvrzovací zpráva '''''Úspěšné přihlášení'''''.
