To create a transport order, click on the icon in the top right corner of the List of Orders. Choose the type of order, and by clicking the Continue button, the page for entering the basic details of the new order will appear.

By clicking the Cancel button or the icon, the pop-up window will close, and the order creation process will be terminated.

Control buttons Save as in Progress, Close, Save and Next

These control buttons can be found in the footer of every newly entered order.

Button	Description
Close	This button closes the form for entering a new order. If the order is closed from the Header and Containers section, the order will not be saved in the system, and all data will be lost. If the order is closed from the Transport Chain, Goods, Services, File Upload, and Order Overview pages, the order will be saved in the system, and all data except the currently closed page will be stored. In the List of Orders, the order will be in the Draft status.
Save in Progress	The order is saved in the system, and all data including the currently closed page are stored. You will be redirected to the List of Orders, where the order will receive the status Work in Progress. On the Header and Containers page, at least 1 container number must be filled in for the order to be saved.
Save & next	The order is saved in the system, and all data including the currently filled page are stored. You will be redirected to the next step of the order.
Send	This button is visible only on the last step of the order (Overview). By clicking it, the order is sent to the company METRANS. In the List of Orders, this order will be in the Submitted (sent) status.
Edit	This button is visible only for submitted orders. Editing a submitted order is possible only after approval and acceptance of the order by METRANS (order status Accepted).

Error Messages

Mandatory Field for Saving Order

Fields marked like this prevent the saving of the order into the system. Buttons Save & Next or Save in Progress will not perform any action.

The order with this error cannot be submitted to METRANS simultaneously.

Mandatory Field for Order Submission

Fields marked like this allow the saving of the order into the system. Buttons Save & Next or Save in Progress will perform the required action of saving the order.

The order with this error cannot be submitted to METRANS.

Mandatory Field for Subsequent Transport

Fields marked like this allow the saving of the order into the system. Buttons Save & Next or Save in Progress will perform the required action of saving the order.

The order with this error can be submitted to METRANS, and these fields are editable even after the order has been submitted.

Transport Order Guide

The order guide consists of six steps, with the currently opened page highlighted in bold. Other pages are titled in grey text to indicate that they have not been filled in by the user yet.

Po vyplnění a uložení jednotlivé stránky se barva nadpisu změní z šedé na černou (signalizace, že sekce již byla vyplněna).

Pro pohyb mezi jednotlivými kroky objednávky slouží tlačítko Uložit a Další nebo Zpět. Mód průvodce neumožňuje uživateli přeskočit např. z kroku 1 do kroku 5 bez postupného vyplnění jednotlivých kroků 2, 3 a 4.

Jakmile uživatel dosáhne kroku 6 (Přehled objednávky), mód průvodce je deaktivován a uživateli je povolen libovolný pohyb mezi jednotlivými kroky pomocí levého tlačítka myši.
