Services

On this page, all services provided by METRANS related to transportation orders are displayed. The services are divided into four sections and are configured for each container separately. After configuring a container, you can utilize the copy data function..

When copying data, the source container is already selected and marked in gray . The data from this container will be copied to the containers you have chosen. You can select the target containers by checking the designated boxes .

If you're using the function, keep in mind that these services may not be usable with a different type of container (an order with multiple container types - for example: You cannot copy the cooling service from an RF type container to a standard container).

The service can be ordered using the switches.

Services that are not available for the specified containers are marked with the icon .

Services selected automatically based on filled information are marked with the icon .

Customs services

Customs clearance EX - METRANS - the switch is turned on without the possibility of turning it off if you have selected in the Transport Chain in customs clearance section the option of clearance using the METRANS declaration. If you have chosen another option for customs clearance, the switch will be turned off without the possibility of turning it on.

Loading place services

ISOPA MDI - available service for containers of type tk, bk. The driver will be provided with protective equipment for the transportation of methylenediphenyl diisocyanates (MDI).

ISOPA TDI - available service for containers of type tk, bk. The driver will be provided with protective equipment for the transportation of toluene diisocyanates (TDI).

Chassis rental - the driver at the loading site will detach the chassis (trailer) with the container. Pickup will occur after loading the container.

Solo Chassis -Available service for containers up to 20' in length and with a load weight of up to 8 tons. The container is loaded directly onto the truck (without a chassis). Used for delivery locations where there is limited space for maneuvering or turning.

Side Loader – A trailer with a hydraulic arm will arrive for unloading. This arm enables easy and safe transfer of the container from the trailer to the ground and vice versa.

Terminal services

Cooling (Temperature Control)

Available service for containers of type rf, rh, dr, hr. The field is framed in blue to indicate the possibility of temperature control.

Temeprature request [°C] - Fill in the desired temperature to which the container should be temperature-controlled. In addition to 0°C, it is necessary to indicate a plus or minus sign.

VGM Weighing METRANS

Upon arrival at the terminal, the container will be weighed, based on which a VGM certificate (Verified Gross Mass) will be generated.

Other services

Request for Z/BHT/TCC/CEN - The selection can only be made in the Transport Chain in the Container Handover section, it is displayed here only for information purposes. It involves linking the customs document with the specific shipment and transferring this information to the port and customs system. The reference has different designations depending on the port/terminal of handover. When the option is enabled, it will be necessary to provide a customs document for the container.

High Security Seal - the driver is required to bring a maritime seal to the loading site and hand it over to the shipper.

ECD Delivery - the driver will bring the European Cleaning Document (ECD) to the loading site. This document serves as a unified European certificate of container cleanliness.
